Testimonials
The Bridge Program, an initiative by Obsidian Advisory Africa, was truly transformational for me. Before joining in 2024, I saw fashion mainly as sewing—creating beautiful clothes and getting paid. I never fully understood the business side. Through the program, my mindset shifted completely. I learned that fashion is a structured business that requires systems, market analysis, strategy, and intentional planning. It opened my eyes to how creativity and structure must work together for sustainability and growth.

Joining The Bridge Institute for Cohort 2 was a pivotal moment in my career. Before this program, I viewed myself generally as a fashion designer, but The Bridge helped me refine my focus and discover my true strength. I can now proudly and specifically say, ‘I AM A PATTERN MAKER.’
Beyond the clarity in my career path, the Institute facilitated a connection that has been a game-changer for me. They connected me with TFB Studio, an innovative app that bridges the gap between global clients and skilled artisans. I am now working with TFB Studios, helping people get clothes made by small manufacturing hubs, and I am absolutely loving the job.
Thank you to The Bridge Institute for not just teaching me, but for guiding me to where I truly belong.
