Obsidian Advisory Africa is a workforce development and human capital advisory firm dedicated to building Africa’s fashion and creative economy — not just its talent.
Since 2021, we have trained over 6,000 professionals, facilitated 700+ successful hires, supported 500+ businesses, and built Nigeria’s first fashion job centre. We operate at the intersection of talent, enterprise, and industry — delivering solutions that connect skilled people to meaningful opportunity across the value chain.
Our work spans talent development, recruitment and placement, enterprise support, HR advisory, project management, and research.
