ROLE SUMMARY —
Our Client, a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting African creatives and MSMEs by championing local production and providing access to opportunities that enhance their global competitiveness, is seeking to hire a Fashion Production Supervisor, who will be responsible for ensuring successful execution and delivery of all production orders generated through the business development pipeline. The role serves as the operational owner, who ensures that client orders move from order confirmation into actual production, coordinating production partners, tracking timelines, monitoring progress, and escalating production challenges. This role requires a hands-on production professional who is comfortable working directly on the production floor, engaging vendors/production partners, tracking output, and ensuring that agreed production targets are achieved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
Own the end-to-end execution of production batches from order allocation to completion.
Work closely with production partners, factories, artisans, and SMEs to ensure smooth execution.
Allocate production tasks appropriately based on capacity and timelines.
Coordinate daily production activities across assigned production partners/vendors.
Conduct regular visits to production locations to monitor progress.
Ensure production activities are actively happening and teams are meeting expectations.
Maintain accurate production reports.
Escalate production delays, resource challenges, or risks affecting delivery.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS —
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Fashion Production, Supply Chain, or related fields.
2–3 years’ experience in production coordination, operations, vendor management, procurement, merchandising, or similar market-facing roles.
Experience within the fashion, textile, manufacturing, or creative production industry is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and assertiveness in managing vendors and production teams.
Salary range: ₦30,000 – ₦40,000 per outfit, depending on the technicality of the piece.
