Couture Tailor (Bridal, Evening & Occasion Wear)
Work Schedule Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
Location Warri, Delta State.
Salary Range ₦30,000 – ₦40,000 per outfit, depending on the technicality of the piece.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED —
Minimum of 2-3 years’ professional tailoring experience, with a strong background in bespoke or couture garment construction.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS —
We are looking for a highly skilled tailor with strong experience in women’s couture, particularly in constructing well-structured, high-quality garments. The ideal candidate works independently, follows design instructions closely, and delivers couture-level finishing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
Cut, sew, and finish garments according to measurements, patterns, and design instructions.
Construct well-fitted bridal, evening, and occasion pieces, including padded and structured designs.
Handle alterations, fittings, and adjustments to achieve the perfect fit.
Produce made-to-measure garments with excellent attention to detail.
Work confidently with a range of fabrics, including delicate and structured materials.
Ensure excellent finishing throughout neat seams, hems, zippers, linings, and overall garment quality.
Collaborate with the designer and production team while managing assigned pieces independently.
Meet delivery timelines without compromising quality.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALITIES —
Strong knowledge of women’s dress construction and couture finishing.
Ability to bring design concepts to life accurately and beautifully.
Good understanding of garment fitting and measurements.
Works quickly while maintaining a high standard.
Teachable, actively willing to learn, and able to work without supervision.
