We are seeking a smart, articulate, and personable Sales Representative to join our team at our Victoria Island store, someone who is customer-focused, eager to learn, and proud to represent a brand of this calibre with professionalism and warmth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
- Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs, and recommend suitable handbags and accessories
- Drive sales by presenting products effectively, highlighting their craftsmanship and quality, and closing transactions
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat purchases
- Keep the store and product displays attractive, clean, and well-organised
- Share the brand’s story and values confidently with every customer
- Support day-to-day store operations and any other duties assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS —
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, well-spoken, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to manage customers brilliantly and remain composed under pressure
- An interest in fashion and an appreciation for African craftsmanship is an advantage
- Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Salary range: ₦200,000 (commensurate with experience).
