Brand & Client Relations Personnel

Salary Range ₦1500,000 – ₦200,000 / month
The Brand & Client Relations Personnel is the face and voice of Omadili RTW to the outside world. This role covers two interconnected responsibilities — building and maintaining the brand’s digital presence, and managing client relationships with warmth, professionalism, and precision. The ideal candidate understands fashion, speaks the brand’s language, and treats every client interaction as an opportunity to strengthen loyalty and reputation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
— Serve as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
— Manage client relationships from first enquiry through to order completion
— ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint
— Process and track all incoming orders accurately, and liaise with the Production Manager to ensure timely fulfilment
— Handle complaints, escalations, and post-purchase follow-ups with professionalism and brand-appropriate tone
— Develop and manage the brand’s social media presence
— content planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement
— Work with the Creative Lead to align content with product launches, campaigns, and production cycles
— Maintain a content calendar ensuring consistent and strategic posting frequency
— Track and report on social media performance and client feedback metrics on a weekly basis
— Support the planned transition to the brand website
— including online order management and customer communications
— Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client retention and grow the brand’s audience
REQUIREMENTS —
— 2–4 years of experience in brand management, client relations, or social media in a fashion or lifestyle brand
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills
— professional, warm, and distinctly on-brand
— Deep understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and content creation tools (Canva or equivalent)
— Strong organisational skills
— ability to manage high enquiry volumes without errors or delays
— A genuine appreciation for fashion and the ability to represent the brand authentically
— Understanding of Nigerian fashion consumers and their expectations
— Experience with e-commerce or website order management is a strong advantage
— Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant direction
Salary range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 / month
Benchmarked to experience and demonstrated track record. Performance bonus tied to client satisfaction, order accuracy, and brand growth metrics.
