Salary Range ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly (based on experience and skill level)
ABOUT OMADILI —
Omadili is an ultra-modern women’s fashion house, made in Nigeria. We design ready-to-wear pieces with a distinctive point of view with bold, contemporary, and made to fit the Omadili woman properly. As a ready-to-wear brand serving customers across sizes and across borders, consistent fit and clean construction sit at the centre of everything we produce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES —
— Draft, cut, and true master patterns from design sketches, specifications, and measurements.
— Grade patterns across the full size range for ready-to-wear production.
— Develop and adjust patterns for structured, padded, and fitted styles.
— Produce and assess toiles or sample garments, and amend patterns after fittings.
— Maintain accurate measurement charts and size specifications that align with the brand’s published size guide.
— Work with a range of fabrics and account for how different materials behave in construction.
— Keep an organised, clearly labelled pattern library so styles can be reproduced reliably for repeat production.
— Collaborate with the designer, tailors, and production team to ensure patterns translate correctly on the floor.
— Meet production timelines while maintaining quality standards
REQUIREMENTS —
We are looking for a skilled pattern maker to translate our designs into accurate, production-ready patterns. As a brand shipping worldwide, our customers order without fittings which makes precise grading and dependable sizing central to this role. The ideal candidate works independently, interprets design concepts confidently, and delivers consistent fit across the full size range.
Salary range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
