Terms and Conditions
Program Overview
The Bridge Program is an intensive 8-week program designed to equip aspiring creatives with the skills, knowledge, and certification needed to succeed in the fashion industry.
Program Structure and Benefits
The program consists of 6 weeks of interactive learning and 2 weeks of on-site industrial training. Participants will gain essential skills and knowledge, explore diverse career paths, develop strong professional and business acumen, and connect with industry professionals and alumni networks.
Application and Enrollment
To apply, participants must fill out the application form, make payment, take the aptitude test, and upload a 1-minute video of themselves. Incomplete applications or payments will not be processed.
Obligations and Responsibilities
Participants are expected to adhere to the program’s code of conduct, pay the requisite course fee, participate in all trainings and assignments, and notify The Bridge Program of any intention to withdraw or defer their admission.
Code of Conduct
In addition to the above Terms and Conditions, participants are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
- Demonstrate grit through perseverance and embracing hardship as part of the journey toward achieving your goals.
- Demonstrate self-leadership by being a self-starter who takes initiative of their future, family, and community.
- Show integrity by holding yourself to the highest standard of conduct in all circumstances.
- Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, and bullying of any other member of the community.
- Demonstrate curiosity by going where no one else has gone before and being passionate about your growth and the growth of your peers in the community.
- Engage with the community in a respectful and dignified manner that contributes to maintaining a supportive community and an inclusive environment.
- Believe in your capacity to learn and do hard things.
- Be bold enough to share feedback and speak your mind respectfully.
Intellectual Property
The Bridge Program retains exclusive ownership of all course contents, materials, and intellectual property.
Changes to Course Contents
The Bridge Program reserves the right to modify or cancel course contents, assignments, or assessments at any time.
Scholarships and Promotions
The Bridge Program may offer scholarships, gifts, and promotional codes to participants, subject to terms and conditions.
Usage of Submitted Content
By submitting content, participants grant The Bridge Program a license to use, share, and distribute the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Live and Interactive Sessions
Participants must not disrupt or interfere with live and interactive sessions and must use only simulated, anonymous, non-personal, non-live data or information during these sessions.
Representations and Warranties
Participants represent and warrant that they are over 18 years old, of sound mind, and have the capacity to use the course contents.
Event of Default
An Event of Default includes failure to pay course fees, participate in tasks or projects, submit assignments, or engage in acts against The Bridge Program’s code of conduct.
Termination
The Bridge Program may terminate or suspend a participant’s account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bridge Program, its affiliates, and stakeholders against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration at the Lagos Court of Arbitration.
