Fashion Project Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Supervise and guide project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations from the plan.
• Work closely with the finance team to establish project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Monitor and control project expenses throughout the lifecycle.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including human capital and materials, to optimize project outcomes.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the brand’s standards.
• Identify and address issues affecting project quality promptly.
• Anticipate and proactively address potential risks to project success.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate project-related risks.
• Create and manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Implement strategies to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
• Conduct thorough evaluations upon project completion to assess performance and gather lessons learned.
• Use insights to improve processes for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of fashion project lifecycles, from design to production.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
