Salary: #100,000 – #150,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute production plans in alignment with design and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure production meets market demands.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for the brand.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all products meet the brand’s standards.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and materials, to meet production targets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure resource availability and optimization.
  • Work closely with the finance department to establish and manage production budgets.
  • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Develop and manage production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance production efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of production staff.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and losses.
  • Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local and international production regulations.
  • Implement sustainable and ethical production practices.

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager in a high-end ready-to-wear fashion brand.
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in production management software.
