Creative Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop design ideas for our luxury unisex fashion line.
• Translate concepts into visually compelling designs for various collections.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to select high-quality materials and colours that align with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Stay abreast of current and emerging fashion trends, both globally and locally.
• Incorporate trend insights into design concepts to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of fashion.
• Assist in the development and prototyping of new products, ensuring alignment with design specifications and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the production team to refine designs for mass production.
• Work closely with skilled artisans and craftsmen to bring design concepts to life.
• Ensure the highest level of craftsmanship in every detail of the final product.
• Support the visual merchandising team in creating captivating displays that showcase the brand’s products in retail spaces.
• Uphold and contribute to the consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all creative elements.
• Ensure that design elements align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas through visual presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a creative associate or a similar role in the luxury fashion sector.
• Exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion trends, materials, and production processes.
• Proficiency in fashion illustration is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for unisex fashion and a keen eye for detail.
