Bespoke Stylist

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients for bespoke styling sessions.
• Engage clients in detailed discussions to understand their style preferences, lifestyle, and fashion requirements.
• Take precise measurements to ensure accurate and impeccable fittings.
• Oversee and assist clients during fittings, offering expert advice on tailoring adjustments.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the brand’s collections, fabrics, and customization options.
• Educate clients on available choices to guide them in making informed decisions.
• Provide personalized style recommendations based on client’s preferences and the brand’s aesthetic.
• Offer insights into fashion trends and classic styles to enhance the client’s bespoke experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the ethos and values of TBR Africa
• Foster strong client relationships and uphold the brand’s commitment to excellence.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate execution of bespoke orders.
• Communicate order progress to clients and manage expectations throughout the process.
• Participate in client engagement events, trunk shows, and promotional activities as a representative of the brand.
• Actively contribute to creating a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.
• Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to gather feedback and address any concerns or additional needs.
• Maintain a client database for future engagement and personalized services.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bespoke Stylist or similar role within the luxury fashion sector.
• Strong knowledge of men’s fashion trends, fabrics, and tailoring techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for style and fitting.
• Ability to multitask and manage client appointments effectively.
• Previous experience representing a premium brand is advantageous.
