Assistant (Intern)

As we continue to redefine luxury in men’s fashion, we are seeking a dedicated Bespoke Stylist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering personalized and tailored experiences to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.lifestyle, and fashion requirements.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to emails and other inquiries promptly.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, letters, and reports
- Manage and maintain executives’ calendars.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide basic IT support, such as troubleshooting common issues.
- Assist in setting up audio-visual equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or OND or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
