Social Media Manager
Meloni is a ready to wear and bespoke women clothing line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video, tailored to each platform’s audience and specifications.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the organization’s social media presence.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate social media initiatives into broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive engagement with the audience.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring, to achieve specific objectives such as lead generation or brand awareness.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand the organization’s reach and enhance credibility.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to brand guidelines and social media policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media content optimization is a plus.
- Passion for social media and staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field.
