Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the creative team’s schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized project documentation.
  • Assist in various stages of creative projects, from concept development to execution, by contributing ideas, conducting research, and providing logistical support.
  • Facilitate communication within the creative team and with other departments, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on project goals.
  • Manage creative assets, including files, images, and other materials, ensuring accessibility and proper organization.
  • Conduct market research and gather information relevant to creative projects, contributing insights and ideas to enhance the creative process.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input and supporting the generation of new ideas.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, gathering necessary materials and ensuring visual elements are well-organized.
  • Work closely with designers and other team members to facilitate a collaborative and innovative working environment
  • Address challenges that may arise during the creative process and find solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to contribute relevant insights to the creative team.
  • Be adaptable and ready to handle various tasks as needs arise in a dynamic creative environment.
 
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, design, or a related discipline is often preferred.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute valuable ideas and insights to the creative team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team and communication with other departments.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, coordinate projects, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with creative software, project management tools, and basic computer skills for tasks such as file management and data entry.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with designers, writers, and other creative professionals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and a dynamic creative workflow.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and project management.
