Sprint Recruitment Program
Two weeks, four career pathways, and a direct line to employers who are hiring across Nigeria's fashion industry.
What SRP is
SRP is a focused two-week sprint that prepares experienced fashion professionals for placement, then puts them in front of actively recruiting employers at the Fashion Career Fair.
A fully funded, two week intensive train to hire program for roles across production, retail, brand
support, and business administration. These are workforce ready skills that apply well beyond
fashion, and SRP welcomes talent and businesses from any industry
The program runs for two weeks, from September 17th, and is completely virtual. Participants are matched with employers at Fashion Career Fair 2026.
Who can apply: The SRP is designed to ensure that both fashion and non-fashion professionals have access to job ready training and real employment opportunities. The goal is to get every participant placed in a job, this is not just a training course, it’s a direct pipeline from training to employment.
- Fashion professionals looking to sharpen technical, creative, or business skills within the industry
- Non-fashion professionals who want to transition into roles in production, retail, brand support, or business administration
- Fresh graduates who need practical, hands on experience before their first job
- Anyone currently unemployed or underemployed who wants a fast, structured path back into work
- Businesses with open roles who want to meet and hire from a pool of trained, ready candidates

Questions
Before you register.
Who is eligible to apply?
Practicing fashion professionals and entry-level talents who already have some grounding in the industry, gained through formal education, hands-on training, or work experience. SRP is built for people ready to step into roles or internships, not a beginner’s introduction to fashion.
Is SRP a training course or a recruitment program?
Both, in that order. The two weeks prepare you for placement, and the outcome is exposure to employers who are hiring. The emphasis is on getting you into the room, not on issuing a certificate.
What does the ₦10,000 fee cover?
The program itself is free. The ₦10,000 is a commitment fee, charged to ensure participants stay engaged and complete the full two-week virtual program across their chosen pathway. Completing the program also puts you in consideration for employer matching at Fashion Career Fair 2026.
Does registering guarantee me a job?
No, registration does NOT guarantee employment. What it does guarantee is training that equips you with the skills employers are looking for, and access to employers who are actively looking to hire at the Fair. Many participants will get matched with roles, but the outcome depends on your performance and fit during the process.
Is the fee refundable?
The fee is needed to signify commitment, thus it is non-refundable
How much time will I need each day?
The program is largely self-paced. However, you should set aside at least 2-3 hours a day to work through the course material and complete any assignments.
What do I need to take part online?
A smartphone or laptop, and an internet connection reliable enough to join sessions for two weeks. Session links are sent to the email address you register with.
When will I hear back after paying?
Your confirmation email arrives as soon as payment clears.Pathway details and joining instructions follow before the program starts on 15 September.
