Hiring: Risk Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Officer to support risk management across lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze loan applications and assess credit risk
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and track defaults
Maintain risk registers and support internal control reviews - Ensure compliance with CBN guidelines and AML/KYC requirements
- Prepare risk reports and support Risk Committee activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in credit or risk management
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of CBN regulations and risk frameworks is an advantage
Salary:
₦200,000 – ₦300,000 (net) monthly
